A long line of accountants – Mansfield Partners History

Mansfield Partners was set up by David Mansfield to service the needs of individuals, small businesses and “not for profits”. David’s grandfather started ‘Richard Mansfield and Associates’. An accounting practice in Martin Place Sydney in the 1930s. The practice formed the basis of David’s father’s practice ‘Frank Mansfield and Associates’, in the 1950s until he retired in 1979.

30 Years’ Experience

David started his career with a “big 4” accounting firm some 30 years ago as a graduate. He went on to forge an accounting career in large organisations whilst volunteering accounting services to small not-for-profit organisations and friends. David developed a passion for people and small organisations. Setting up Mansfield Partners Accounting and Taxation to meet their needs on a full time basis. David is a registered tax agent and public accountant. He also holds qualifications in legal trust accounting.

David is a voting member of the Institute of Public Accountants and the Australian Bookkeeping Association. Experienced in large and small organisations, David can adapt to your needs to find the most efficient way of getting the job done. He gets behind your numbers to get you the best result.
